Highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists are available to service the following populations from Birth to Age 21:

GIST accepts the following insurances:

Fee Schedule for Private Pay

 

Private Pay Rates are as follows:

  • Screening / Consultation (contracted preschools only) $40

  • Comprehensive Evaluation - birth through 4 (Speech) * $350

  • Comprehensive Evaluation - ages 5 and up (Speech) * $500

  • Articulation Speech Evaluation (Speech) $250

  • Therapy Session: Speech/Language $95 (30 mins)

  • Therapy Session: Feeding in Conjunction with either of the above therapies $130 (30-45 mins)

  • School observation or school consultations $95 (30 mins, not currently available due to COVID-19)

Individualized, Evidence-Based Therapies

 

Articulation and Phonological Processes Therapy

Improvement with intelligibility and sound production so that intended message is heard clearly with familiar and unfamiliar audiences.

Feeding and Swallowing Therapy

Promotion of safe and effective nutrition and sufficient oral motor skills for acceptance of age-appropriate/developmentally appropriate caloric intake.

Functional Communication and Executive Functioning Therapy

Basic communication skills promoted to develop a formal language system and provide the ability to indicate wants and needs.

Language Therapy (Bilingual Options Offered)

Improvement of language both receptive (what is understood) and expressive (what is produced). Bilingual options also address both areas.

Early Intervention

Specialized experience with young children with a variety of disorders that may be related to or comorbid with other disorders affecting speech (e.g. Autism, Global Developmental Delay, etc).

Inservice/Staff Consultations

Provision of skilled information and trainings as necessary or requested in specialized areas of speech and language.
